Q. - When is the early registration deadline?
A. - October 10, 2007

Q. - Can I register after October 10 (deadline) or on-site?
A. - Yes, you can. However, after October 10, you add a late fee .

Q. - Will badges be mailed before the meeting?
A. - NO, registration credentials will not be mailed to attendees. Attendees will receive their registration credentials including their registration badge and other meeting information, the first day of the conference on June 8.

For Thursday October 18 and Friday October 19, the group rate is $99 + tax per person per night. In order to receive this rate you may reference XBRL Conference. The hotel offers free Deluxe continental breakfast, unlimited high speed internet access, and coin operated laundry. Cancellations must be done at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date in order to avoid any penalties. Both Smoking and Non-Smoking rooms are available and each room is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, writing desk, sofa, and expanded basic cable lineup.

There are two major airports in our area:

Logan International Airport in Boston, MA.

Logan International Airport is approximately 1 hour from Bryant University.

T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, RI.

The Providence airport is approximately 30 minutes from Bryant, and a taxi to campus costs approximately $35.

From the airport, follow signs to Route 295 North.

Travel by train

There is a major Amtrak station located in Providence, Rhode Island. For more information on daily routes and schedules, please visit www.amtrak.com.
From Providence to the Bryant University campus you may take a taxi at an approximate cost of $25.

You can travel to Providence, RI by bus. There are two major bus lines with stations in Providence:

Bryant University is located on Route 7 in Smithfield, Rhode Island, just off Route 295. Smithfield is approximately 20 minutes Northwest of Providence, Rhode Island, and one hour from Boston, Massachusetts.

From Interstate 95 take MA Exit 4 to I-295 South
Follow I-295 to exit 8B to Route 7 North
Follow Route 7 North – the University is about one and a half miles on the left

From South
